Super Bio-soluble fiber module adopts high-quality Super Bio-soluble fiber blanket (BioFiber ALT), being folded and compressed to certain storage. The Bio-soluble fiber module is a new type of refractory furnace lining products aiming at simplifying and speeding up furnace construction and improving the integrity of furnace lining. The Bio-soluble fiber module can be directly fixed on the anchor of steel plate. Thus, it has improved the refractory and insulating integrity of furnace and pushed forward the progress of furnace construction technology. It can be used under the temperature of 1100℃, and satisfying the Europe Directive 97/69/EC.
The classification temperature(℃): 1050, 1260.

Inner Anchor: Arrange the welding bolt inside of furnace, fix the modules inside of furnace by the anchor which installed inside of modules. We should design the module arrangement in advance and confirm the exact position of bolt.
Outer Anchor: Make holes in the furnace shell, the bolts pass the furnace shell and fix the modules at outside of furnace. We should design the module arrangement in advance, do not need to weld the bolt, the bolts lock the modules tightly.
