Wet Ceramic fiber blanket, ceramic fiber board adopts injection cotton as raw material and the process of crashing - slagging - mixing - copying - vacuum suction - molding - drying, made by vacuum forming technology.
Ceramic fiber vacuum forming wet blanket is a lightweight and flexible insulating refractory fiber material, combined with organic binder by high purity refractory oxide (Al2O3 and SiO2); Wet molding ceramic fiber board is a kind of rigid insulation refractory fiber material, which has the same composition as the wet blanket. But the material proportion between refractory fiber cotton and the refractory powder is slightly different.
Besides the excellent properties, wet ceramic fiber blanket perform with good strength and elasticity. It is a kind of multi-functional product which is applicable for kiln and boiler wall dilatation joints and high temperature gaskets.
